The chefs pick it, kill it and grill it ... you eat it! Join us on Friday night for just $75 (food, beverages, taxes and gratuity) as these chefs have been busy foraging, hunting and picking to create a fabulous Harvest Week finale feast! Open bar all night! You bring your own place setting (plate, glass and cutlery), we do everything else. Get into the theme with your clothing and your place setting and be eligible to win some fun prizes!
OPEN BAR featuring cocktails created by Parker Ramey of Trillium featuring Peach Street Distillers. Colterris Winery, Grand River Vineyards and Left Hand Brewing will keep the wine and beer flowing.
Foie gras toast on babettes oat flax bread with sherried cherries
Steel head troat rasaka, fuji apple, fennel, shallots, horseradish cream, whitefish roe on toasted marble rye
Crostini with Roasted Artichoke, duck breast bresaola, pickled onions and pepper greens
Quinoa Crisp with grilled corn puree, pickled beet-heirloom tomato pico de gallo and Broken Shovels chevre mousseline
Crispy pork belly, celery root puree, green apple and a maple gastrique
Oxford Salad of chiogga and gold beets with leeks, arugula, mizuna, porcini vinaigrette and cuck confit crostin
Long Family Pork loin, juniper cider glaze, grilled peach and hatch chili butter with a maple wood smoked corn and quinoa sald
Korean Chili Alamosa Striped Bass, moo shu pancakes, charred broccol served with peanut sauce, salted chili sugar and 5 spice watermelon rind
Hoppity Acres Rabbit Loin and belly wrapped with Benton’s ham. Sous vide rabbit leg braised and shredded with farro, pickled berries and Grow Haus wild edibles.
Colorado Red Velvet beet Cake - beet genoise, caramelized white chocolate genache, walnut-praline ‘nutella’, candied celery and vegetable anglaise.
